Insane: EOS M + 18-55mm + 22mm + 90EX for $399 at BuyDig via eBay

This is the mother-of-all EOS M deals: authorized dealer BuyDig via eBay has the Canon EOS M with 22mm, 18-55mm, and 90EX Kit for $399.00.

We’ve previously seen the 22mm kit for $299, and we’ve previously seen the 22mm kit plus 90EX flash for $399, but having the 22mm lens, the (more expensive) 18-55mm lens, and the 90EX flash for $399 is just incredible and insane.

Even in the one day lens firesale the two lenses were $125 and $150 (and quickly sold out). Even with those stunning prices, this deal is like getting an EOS M body for $125, and a free 90EX.

UPDATE: 236 sold in just under 4 hours.
UPDATE 2: 500 sold in 13 hours. Sold out!

I just got the SL1 last week. Is this worth getting?

If you bought the SL1 as your first DSLR there shouldn’t be any real reason to change unless the you think the SL1 is too large. The image quality should be near identical. I would buy it if I wanted to leave my larger body/lens at home because it was too cumbersome at a dinner. I wouldn’t rely on it if I was shooting a sports event or a party. I definitely don’t see a reason to have both.

Agreed. Both the SL1 and EOS M have the same sensor.

Can you put DSLR lenses on this?

With the adapter. An OEM adapter currently runs $129 from an authorized dealer. http://www.canonpricewatch.com/product/03945/Canon-EF-M-Lens-Adapter-Kit-for-EFEF-S-Lenses-price.html

You can mount EF lenses but you’ll need an adapter. They run 100+ for oem and 50ish for 3rd party.
