Hot: EOS 6D (Import with WiFi/GPS) for $1149 BigValueInc via eBay

BigValueInc via eBay has the Canon EOS 6D for $1149.00. This is the new lowest price that we’ve seen yet on the EOS 6D.

This is likely an import or grey market body, you can read more about this at our FAQ. BigValueInc via eBay is not an authorized dealer. A Canon USA warranty is not guaranteed (the store provides a warranty instead). Historically Canon USA has provided warranty service on grey market bodies anyway — but this is at the discretion of Canon USA, and can change at any time.

This retailer has been a reliable eBay seller based on eBay feedback and reader feedback.

If you are still uncomfortable, a popular alternative is our street price of $1299 after $300 mail-in rebate from a Canon USA authorized dealer with free shipping. That $150 buys you a guaranteed Canon USA warranty, a great return policy, and a bit more piece of mind as the transaction is with a very reputable authorized dealer, one that we already list on our site.

For half the price, 6D is at last 95% of the Mk3. Yes the Mk3 is better. But for most, it isn’t worth twice the price. Processor is the same, sensor nearly the same and the center focal point is better than any on the Mk3.

If you have a problem , you will not be able to get this camera repaired.

Never had a problem. It’s the same camera.

You may not, but Canon US will not provide parts or service for grey market items.

    3. February 25, 2015 at 7:34 am EDT

They won’t provide warranty service. They most definitely will gladly take your money to fix it though.

What Canon USA says, and what they do, are two different things.

If you buy into the brand, pay for it. It is that simple. Verify what you are buying.

I’m having so much trouble with this mail in rebate from Black Friday. I just checked my rebate status and my rebate amounts have changed completely and they still haven’t received my paperwork despite my USPS tracking confirmation stating that it got delivered on the 14th. It’s been a while and time is getting close. B&h already took months to send the printer, having me wait til after my long-planned vacation to even send in the paperwork. I just want to cry and never order from either b&h or canon again. Disappointed in everyone.

Sorry, that was sort of off topic. It’s late and I’m just very frustrated

Just got mine today from them. Looks like they are splitting kits up. Still not sure if USA or import. Any way to tell for sure?
