Is the Samyang 12mm Fisheye the same as the Rokinon 12mm fisheye? The former is $469 at Amazon right now, while the latter is $404? Is there any reason to wait for this deal, instead of just picking up the Rokinon version?

They are the same; you may want to wait to see if the Samyang drops below $404 (it probably will…)

Does the 12mm vignette on the FF body?

It’s a full-frame fisheye, so no, it does not vignette on an FF body.

Wasn’t the Rokinon 14mm f/2.8 IF ED UMC Lens For Canon EF selling for 249.99 at Amazon sometime last year? Today it is $270 – does not look like a great deal to me!

Yes, it was $250 on Black Friday. This is probably the best deal for now unless you’re willing to wait until November/December.
