The very popular mail-in rebate on the purchase of two or more lenses that was scheduled to expire tonight has been extended. A new rebate will run from August 28th through October 1st. Additionally, the EOS 5D Mark IV is now an eligible body for activating the mail-in rebate on lenses.
Also scheduled to expire tonight was the instant rebate on lenses. Most of the instant rebates were renewed, with a few increasing in value, resulting in a net price drop on a few popular lenses.
- Canon EF 70-200mm f/2.8L IS USM II is $1799 ($1699 after $100 MIR)
- Canon EF 24-70mm f/2.8L II USM is $1629 ($1529 after $100 MIR)
- Canon EF 100mm f/2.8L Macro IS USM is $769 ($669 after $100 MIR)
Please see the full street price list for all the lenses with active street prices, most are eligible for the combo mail-in rebate.

I can’t find any substantiation to the extension of the mail in “buy two, get money back’ rebate. Canon has extended the instant rebates until Oct. 1. Can anyone provide a link to the new mail in rebate form or information?
