Three popular PIXMA PRO-100 + lens bundle deals are live again at authorized Canon USA dealer BuyDig:

The PIXMA PRO printer rebate was renewed with a new rebate period of January 1st – January 31st. It was renewed with a new promotion ID, which “resets” your eligibility — you can take advantage of an additional printer or printer bundle deal during January (even if you purchased one during November or December.) The printer can be parted and sold for about $140 on the secondary market.

The deal on the 70-200 II has already expired. The deal on the 16-35 II also expired (it went up $50). The deal on the 11-24 is still live… for now.
