Might be lowest prices ever for 35mm f/1.4 ii, 24-70 f/2.8 ii, 70-200 f/2.8 and f/4 IS, and 100 macro IS. However factoring in sales tax, maybe not. Definitely NOT the lowest price for most of the other lenses and all the bodies, combos.

Any chance the 100-400II gets restocked?

The sale ends on March 19th and there often is one restock before the end of the sale. Whether or not that lens is included in the restock, who knows?

Thanks for the heads up! In for the 35mm 1.4 II

Any idea when we might be seeing the 5D4 popping up in the refurbished category?

    1. March 14, 2017 at 12:13 pm EDT

Typically, 8-12 months after the body is released. So later this year…

  9. March 14, 2017 at 1:59 pm EDT

    Mike, the 70-200.

  10. March 14, 2017 at 3:20 pm EDT

Whoa. So many lenses. So little time.

Wow, the 80d must have been sold out from the first posting. No matter, still trying to decide between that or the 6D. Leaning towards the 6D for the full frame sensor, but the 80D would be a big upgrade from my T3i, which I have definitely outgrown, and would still be compatible with all my lenses. As it stands, I would only have 1 lens that would fit the 6D, a 70-200mm F2.8L. While I could keep my T3i to use with my other lenses, I feel the 80D is a better fit for now, especially because I can sell off the T3i to cover some of the cost. And then I could build up my arsenal of EF lenses while getting the money together for a 6D.

Tough decision, but if the 80D base model was still available, then I would probably get one.

The 6D is awesome, but don’t choose that because the 80D camera only is OOS. The 18-55 kit is only like $17 more. The 18-55 is worth at least that.

      1. March 17, 2017 at 3:35 pm EDT

What the…I didn’t even see that one! You just made my whole day, maybe even my year! 80D ordered, thank you so much for pointing that out.

I didn’t see it because there was no link from this website. I didn’t even think to browse through all the refurbs on the canon website. Doh!

  12. March 14, 2017 at 6:18 pm EDT

With these refurbished models, do they replace the sensor/shutter? Is there a way to find out what they fixed?

  13. March 14, 2017 at 11:15 pm EDT

I bought the refurb 24-70 2.8 a week ago from the Canon site. I called them today after seeing this pop up. They agreed to credit me back the 15% (about $240)

Not actually15% off. This is a farce. Canon raised the prices 15% on 2 of the bodies I was looking at. Probably did on the rest of them too but I didn’t have those prices already.

Some other promotions ended the day before the coupon sale began. Most items saw the full 15% discount.

The 5D III is not a good deal after you applied the sales tax. You can get a brand new 5D III street price for about the same amount.

Is the 600ex ii worth this price, does anyone know? It’s only about $30 less than adorama had it, but new.
