Despite the online store stating “in-stock” I immediately received an email after placing my order that it is backordered. Online store still reports it as in-stock.
Got the same deal last time it was offered. Love it. For anyone looking at the 80d, this is a great deal on this camera.

With tax it’s over $900…totally not worth it…and that kit lens is not worthy of the camera.
Should be under 900, like 890. That’s what it was when I did the same deal a couple of months ago. At the time the body only deal was only 17 dollars less than the lens bundle. The 18-55mm STM might not be a great lens, but this is still a good price for an 80D, which is a great camera. The only way you will come close to that price new is to forgo the warranty. No thanks.

80d is a great camera. Workhorse and hasn’t skipped a beat.
