Sounds like there is a minimum of $100 purchase (excluding tax) required for free shipping. Tried to buy 40mm pancake for $99.99, they are adding a $11.99 shipping. The cheapest filler I could find on canon’s site is “LS-QT Handheld Display Calculator” for $2.50. This says back-ordered but it is definitely getting rid of the $12 shipping. Other options are lens caps, hoods, filters etc you can find them under Accessories -> EF Lens Accessories ->

Purchased the 50L and 100-400 before knowing how much stock was left. I see there is 13 copies of the 100-400 and 20+ copies of the 50L. Wondering if I should cancel my order and wait until the stock gets low, in the hope of getting a better discount? The sales tax is a killer!
No way. It’s rare that they have stock during a sale, and the price isn’t going to get better… Those 13 copies of the 100-400 II should sell out by tonight.
