As someone who has never bought grey market lens, can anyone share some experience buying from this seller? I called to ask about this particular lens, the customer rep’s response sounds a little fishy. They listed the UPC and the MPN number, I asked whether they are the same as what the lens shows. The answer is no. I asked about warranty. The answer is that they have multiple listings for the same lens, some has warranty and some don’t. All these scared me to hold off buying from them.
thats an amazing price considering that even the refurbished piece (Canon has restocked them right now) is $1679.20
I’m not saying the price is not good. I’m just not familiar with the grey market purchase…. I don’t know enough about grey market products.
