I’ve been looking for a deal better than street price! This works!

$3149 still expensive just for body only….by the way, any one know issue fixed with sensor…??

    1. December 14, 2016 at 11:31 pm EDT

It’s half the cost of a 1Dx Mark II. πŸ™‚

There are no sensor issues. People have the issues and conduct stupid ass tests that don’t mirror reality in any way.

It’s actually the lowest price for that body that I’ve seen.. by about 50 bucks… and they’re throwing in the printer. Will the price drop more? Sure – but how long is a guy willing to wait?

What do you mean by mail in rebate ?

It means you have to pay at full price 1st. Once you have received all you items and fill out a rebate form from Canon…cut out all the required bar code from the boxes…send it back to Canon and wait a month or two for the AE card ($350) to arrive in the mail…assuming the stuff you send does not get lost in the mail…I’ve done it twice, and thank goodness it works!

I really like the way how BuyDig jacked up the price of the Canon 5d IV + printer combo to over $3800 and then gave you a code to bring it back to the regular price of $3499…just say Canon has a $350 mail-in rebate…isn’t it what this is all about?

It’s not a deal if it involves rebates. I don’t do rebates. And I certainly don’t want that printer or paper. I don’t even want to have to drag it to the trash.

STOP BUYING INTO MAIL-IN REBATE :”DEALS” PEOPLE. The entire thing is premised on a certain percentage never getting their rebate for any number of reasons both real and bogus.

The rebate is reliable and it’s actually a really good printer; if you don’t want it, the print head + ink can sell for about $120-150.

agreed, mail in rebates are cruel! Do not encourage it.

That’s maybe the best deal you will see for awhile. Adorama historically has had similar deals but it’s getting late in the holiday season. It may be another 12 months before we see a similar deal from an authorized reseller. Many people will sell the printer and paper – market value is around $100-$150 which brings the net cost closer to $3000. The downside is if you have to return the combo for any reason. That printer weighs close to 50lbs so it’s a hassle to deal with. I am leaving the country in 2 days, otherwise I would pick it up.
